Discernment Circles: Elevate your executive leadership with the counsel of seasoned leaders and elders. Gain affirmation in your identity, clarity in your calling, and focus in your assignment. Dive into critical topics in your particular work and industry. (Ongoing)

The Leadership Journey: 3-month cohort with 6 group sessions and 3 individual coaching sessions designed to provide holistic, catalytic support for rising Urban Christian professionals
Ongoing Group: – monthly leadership lunch sessions that will offer relevant content and a chance to connect with other professionals

We create space for God to refuel our souls as leaders and transform our communities. As multi-ethnic urban Christian leaders, we come together to invest in our leadership journey eight times over two years. We dig into scripture, culture, story, empathy, the neuroscience of connection, teams and systems. We become trauma-informed and courageous leaders equipped to deconstruct inequitable systems and bridge the pain of our shared history. Build perspective, create solutions and find a space to breathe, heal and activate together.
